Cultural Fair 2026
As part of our Personal Development curriculum, we held our bi-annual cultural fair on Friday 13 February. The day included a cultural fair hosted by many of our own family and community connections, as well as two dance workshops (Indian and Scottish) and a djembe drumming workshop.
Importantly, the event embodied our school motto: “Be kind, be safe, be the best you can be.” We demonstrated kindness by listening to and valuing one another’s stories and traditions. We ensured a safe environment where every child felt proud of who they are and secure in sharing their heritage. By engaging fully and learning from one another, pupils were encouraged to be the best they can be—developing as confident, respectful, and socially aware individuals prepared for life in modern Britain.
It was a magical day which truly showed East Borough at its best!
